Demolition.
A&G Demolition provide preparation works for renovation projects, supplying total service from simple removal of fixtures and fittings to the design and removal of complex structural elements, such as the removal of floors, ceilings and sections of wall. We employ various methods of diamond sawing and drilling, and the use of robotic excavators.
As with all our services we maintain the highest of standards independent to the size or complexity of the contract. Health and safety is consistently at the forefront with environmental issues permanently under consideration to ensure every contract is completed with regulation compliancy as a bare minimum
High Profile / Sensitive Projects.
A&G Demolition has completed projects in some of the most public sensitive places in British Columbia. We consider this a major strength.
Some environments are much more problematic than others. A&G Demolition excels in these environments. Working with project teams at hotels, shopping centres, Hospitals, Universities, Elementary/High schools and the Vancouver International Airport on many successful projects.
Asbestos / Lead Abatement.
A&G Demolition does not generally quote hazardous material abatement. However our training programs and qualified management team allow us to perform abatement services that meet all WorksafeBC regulations. This service can be invaluable when considering the impact that undocumented hazmat can have on a schedule. A&G Demolition has the capabilities to start abatement 24 hours after confirmation is made that the material is hazardous.
